Meet the Chef
Charlie was taught to cook from a young age by his mother. His first job was rolling chocolate truffles every Christmas while he was still in nappies!
He went on to train at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, where he learned about a farm-to-fork ethos regarding food.
He then went from Tuscany to Ibiza, and then onto the French Alps - cooking and learning along the way. He then came back to the UK to work at some of Manchester’s top restaurants, including 2 AA rosette 'Honey @ Hotel Gotham' and 'The Ivy'.
Charlie started catering in people's homes during the pandemic when special occasions could not be celebrated outside of the home. He created menus based on the seasons, themes, and strives to make the menus an enjoyable and interactive experience.
